Executive Board Meetings
Executive Board meetings occur once every month and are meetings that include all MCJC Staff and Executive Board members. In our monthly executive board meetings, all of our departments and officers take on a number of tasks to better the student experience in the county. These meetings are open to the public.

General Assemblies
General Assemblies occur four times each year. The last General Assembly is typically Officer Elections, or when the new Officers get elected for the next MCJC year. General Assemblies are open to the public. Executive Board members and representatives from each middle school SGA have voting rights and usually attend to vote on specific matters. This is a great opportunity for middle school student leaders to come see what the MCJC Executive Board has been working on and voice their opinions on a number of topics regarding the student experience.
